The upstairs unit is perfect for family or friends, featuring a family room with a large sofa and a 50-inch TV. The dining room seats 6, ideal for meals or game evenings. The fully stocked kitchen invites you to cook and relax on the front porch.

The hallway leads to 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The split master suite offers natural light, a shower-tub combo, and a separate room with crib, changing table, and nursing recliner.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, including your neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following guidelines in mind:

--> Respect for Other Guests and the Property: Our apartment is part of a multifamily building, so it's important to be mindful of other guests. Please ensure your pet does not cause excessive noise, particularly late at night or early in the morning. Remember, some neighbors may have allergies, could be afraid of dogs, or have small children.

--> Clean Up After Your Pet: Please use the designated pet relief areas and clean up after your pet. If any pet waste is left unattended, additional cleaning fees will apply.
- Lint Rollers and Pet Hair: If your pet sheds, we recommend bringing a lint roller to manage pet hair, especially if your pet will be on the furniture. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if there is excessive pet hair found on furniture or bedding.

--> Leash and Control: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the apartment. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and their pets.

--> Noise and Behavior: We ask that you prevent your pet from barking excessively or displaying aggressive behavior. If we receive complaints about noise or aggression, we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund.

--> Monitoring and Compliance: Please be aware that we have outdoor cameras in place for security and compliance. If any of the pet rules are broken or If there are pets not listed on the reservation, additional fees or fines may be imposed, and we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund.

Located in the Historic Uptown neighborhood and is steps away from bars and restaurants.
Take a 15 minute walk to the Vinoy waterfront, or rent bikes in the park for a quick 10 minute ride. The cutest General store, coffee shop and yoga studio are right on your doorstep situated at the park. Here you can enjoy fresh organic food and produce, a coffee, beer or wine. Stroll over to the Beer Boutique (which often ranks towards the top on yelp) for a cold beer and a bite to eat.
4th street with all its restaurants and bars is one block away. For all the Starbucks junkies the closest store is 3 blocks away on 4th. If you need groceries there is a Publix Supermarket close by and there is a larger convenience store one block away on 4th.

Many of our guests come for concerts at Janice Live and often walk to the venue. Guests also use our home as a base for weddings as we can accommodate larger families and groups. We are close to Sunken Gardens, the Fine Arts Museum and the Dali Museum all of which are popular local wedding venues.

We are a close to St Anthony's Hospital and our home is perfect for those attending the world famous St Anthony's Triathlon. For those who are attending events at Vinoy park or looking for the thrill of speed, we are close to the St Pete Indy Car Grand Prix. Our home is close enough to walk but far enough to be peaceful and quiet.

For those guests who want to enjoy the fine white sand of our world class beaches, we are a short 15 minute drive to the gulf beaches or a few blocks from the beach and beach volley ball venues of Vinoy Park.

Come and enjoy the sights and sounds of what St Petersburg has to offer.

Grab a Coast bike share in the park or stroll down to the waterfront enjoying the sights and sounds of St Pete. Uber and Lyft is readily available in the area.
