This beautiful new construction house boasts a prime location in a neighborhood right on Canal Road, a major highway connecting Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. It has easy access to all primary attractions in Orange Beach with proximity to a diverse variety of dining options, making it the ideal choice for those seeking a central location for beach-related activities.

Eurybia Paradise features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 2573 square feet of finished interior living space. The main areas offer hardwood floors throughout, Quartz counter-tops, and designer finishes. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with new stainless steel appliances and complimentary coffee bar. This two-story home offers privacy with all bedrooms being upstairs, perfect for guests who wish to sleep a little more on their vacation, uninterrupted from the main level noise. The exterior living areas are perfect for enjoying evenings on the coast – enjoy the sea breeze on the swing, or take a walk down to the bay with your paddle board or kayak.

Watch the breathtaking views of sunrise or sunset and savor the taste of a cup of coffee or a glass of wine from private decks on both floors. Smart TVs, children books, and card/board games are available to give your family an unforgettable fun night.

We would appreciate if our guests can leave their shoes at the door for hygiene purposes.

LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room with coastal vibe has a huge sofa that can easily fit a big family. It has a 65-in smart Roku TV and is ready for guests to login into their favorite streaming app. It is a perfect place for a movie night or quality family bonding-time over board games. The room is bathed with natural light through large full-glass double doors and windows.

DINING ROOM
The large dining room has an extended wooden table coupled with 2 benches and 2 chairs that can comfortably seats 11 people. Enjoy meals shared around the dining table and chat about the memories you have just made together on this trip.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is designed with open concept and features quartz counter-tops, custom cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with different kitchen gadgets that you will need during your stay. Kids' dinnerware is also available for little friends in the party. A complimentary coffee bar has a Keurig, electric water kettle, and a traditional a coffee maker. While we offer a variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for relaxing mornings, we ask that you bring your favorite coffee ground with you.

LOWER DECK
Charcoal BBQ grill cannot be missed from a vacation. The deck features 2 chairs and a table for you to enjoy fresh air in the shade.

MASTER'S BEDROOM and UPPER DECK.
The primary suite is large and bright with a king bed. It includes a closet, a 6-drawer dresser, blackout curtains and a 43-in Roku smart TV. There is plenty of storage room for you to unpack. The primary bathroom is attached and features a double sink, a standing shower, and a tub. The room has two large full-glass double doors that lead to a private upper deck, where you can sit on the swing to watch beautiful a sunrise or sunset.

BEDROOM #2
It features a queen bed with closet and blackout curtains. It also has a bench, which is perfect place to take a break or for getting lost in a book after outdoor activities.

BEDROOM #3
It features a queen bed with closet and blackout curtains. It also has a modern egg chair, where you can sit back and comfort yourself after a busy day.

BEDROOM #4
We also called this the junior's bedroom, where it features a twin over full bunk bed and another full bed. It has a walk-in closet and curtains to ensure little friends will have a good sleep on their vacation. Additionally, a 43-in smart Roku TV, bean bag chair, board/card games, and children books are all present to let your family have an unforgettable fun night.

LAUNDRY
A full-sized washer and dryer, along with iron and ironing board are easily accessible on the 2nd floor, and available to you throughout your stay.

COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL
Tired of the beach? Lounge and swim at our brand new community swimming pool that is just a few steps away!
As the pool is managed by HOA, it may be unavailable without any advanced notice due to maintenance, weather, or any possible reason, during your stay.

Need more actions? There are plenty of activities you can do in Orange Beach. The beach access is just a 5-minute drive away. Ride a bike at the Backcountry Trail and fall in love with mother nature and wildlife. Charter a boat for fishing trip and try to reel in your dinner. Little friends may enjoy seeing dolphins and other sea creatures in a dolphin-sightseeing cruise or indoor swimming at our recently opened OWA Parks & Resort. Rent a kayak, a jetski, or a paddleboard and walk down to the Wolf Bay in our neighborhood for water activities. Head over to the Wharf to see live music, have fresh seafood, and do some shopping to end the day in a perfect note.
