Our home is located in Historic Uptown and is steps away from a small pond and park surrounded by bars and restaurants.
Take a 15 minute walk to the Vinoy waterfront, or rent bikes in the park for a quick 10 minute ride. The cutest General store, coffee shop and yoga studio are right on your doorstep situated around the park. Here you can enjoy fresh organic food and produce, a coffee, beer or wine. Stroll over to the Beer Boutique (which often ranks towards the top on yelp) for a cold beer and a bite to eat.
4th street with all its restaurants and bars is one block away. For all the Starbucks junkies the closest store is 3 blocks away on 4th. If you need groceries there is a Publix Supermarket close by and there is a larger convenience store one block away on 4th.

Many of our guests come for concerts at Janice Live and often walk to the venue. Guests also use our home as a base for weddings as we can accommodate larger families and groups. We are close to Sunken Gardens, the Fine Arts Museum and the Dali Museum all of which are popular local wedding venues.

We are a close to St Anthony's Hospital and our home is perfect for those attending the world famous St Anthony's Triathlon. For those who are attending events at Vinoy park or looking for or looking for the thrill of speed, we are close to the St Pete Indy Car Grand Prix. Our home is close enough to walk but far enough to be peaceful and quiet.

For those guests who want to enjoy the fine white sand of our world class beaches, we are a quick 15 minute drive to the gulf beaches or a few blocks from the beach and beach volley ball venues of Vinoy Park.

Grab a Coast bike share in the park or stroll down to the waterfront enjoying the sights and sounds of St Pete. Uber and Lyft is readily available in the area.
