The Verde House is one of the most unique rentals in Tucson due to its Southwest modern decor, luxury experience, and private outdoor space. We’re locally owned and operated and have a deep love for Tucson which is why we have incorporated much of the local flavor into our design.

As one of the newest properties in the Vacay In Tucson collection, the desert vibes of this property are relaxing and reinvigorating. Enjoy a gorgeous backyard space perfect for watching the Tucson sunset, having a BBQ, or napping in a hammock. For the working traveler, we’ve installed a wifi extender so you can work outdoors while soaking up the sun. Like staying fit while on the road? We’ve even added a mini gym with an Echelon bike, free weights, and yoga mat.

Fully stocked and ready for family memories, our KITCHEN includes:

• Caraway pots and pans, baking sheets, spices, Cutco knives, and more

• Complimentary organic medium roast coffee and assorted teas to caffeinate your day

• Drip coffee machine, Chemex, Nespresso, and electric kettle

HOT TUB: Enjoy a glass of wine and melt your day away with our brand NEW hot tub! A few things to note:

• Everyone MUST shower before entering the hot tub to maintain cleanliness

• It MUST remain locked when not in use and kids should always be supervised.

• If rules are not followed and the hot tub has to be emptied and refilled due to cloudiness or debris, a $150 charge will apply.

• Hot tub not available from June - August as the summer sun heats the water to unsafe temps

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented cleaning products. We're also eco friendly and provide personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods for our guests to use. Eco features include recycling, dual-flush toilets, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a whole-house water filter/water softener so you can get great quality water straight from the tap (bring a water bottle you can reuse).

GUEST ACCESS

The garage is available for guest use with sedans or smaller SUVs. Larger vehicles will not fit in it but can be parked in the driveway.

Guests have full access to the house except the following areas:

- Owner's closet in the hall

- Garage storage closet

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ days, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge (because no one wants to clean toilets on their vacay!). We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring.

NO FIREPLACE USE: The fireplace has been disabled - do not attempt to use. There are LED candles for ambiance if needed.

NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m

MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 6 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 6 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people!

NO COUCH SURFING: For sanitary reasons, we do not allow guests to sleep on the couch. If you need more beds, please find a larger house!

PARENTS: We do not have any child safety features or baby/kid gear at this property. As each child's needs are different, please inquire ahead of time to ensure this property is a good fit for your needs. If you'd like a more family-friendly property, check out Casa Palma.
