Welcome to Casa Palma, your fully remodeled, upscale modern oasis! Thoughtfully decorated to immerse you in the local flavors of Tucson, this spacious open floor plan is designed for a luxurious, bespoke experience - all while soaking up the desert landscape and dreamy mountain views.

The large, zen yard is your perfect spot to enjoy the Tucson sunset while relaxing in Brazilian-style hammocks, melt away stress in the hot tub, play ladder golf, or share stories by the gas fire pit.

The vintage MCM furniture pieces refinished by the hosts themselves add unique charm to this newly remodeled property. Luxury finishes like quartz counters, stainless appliances, and a buttery soft leather sectional for relaxing in the living room.

Fully stocked and ready for gourmet family meals, our KITCHEN includes:

• Pots and pans, baking sheets, coffee grinder, Cutco knives, and more

• Complimentary organic medium roast coffee and assorted teas to caffeinate your day

• Organic half & half

• Drip coffee machine, French press, Nespresso, and electric kettle

HOT TUB: Enjoy a glass of wine and melt your day away with our brand NEW hot tub! A few things to note:

• Everyone MUST shower before entering the hot tub to maintain cleanliness

• It MUST remain locked when not in use and kids should always be supervised.

• If rules are not followed and the hot tub has to be emptied and refilled due to cloudiness or debris, a $150 charge will apply.

• Hot tub not available from June - August as the sun heats the water to unsafe temps

DEN: The den features fun for the entire family with foosball, a 55-inch TV, “vintage” video game consoles, library, and a small game table for various board games and puzzles!

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented cleaning products. We're also eco friendly and provide personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods for our guests to use. Eco features include recycling, dual-flush toilets, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a whole-house water filter/water softener so you can get great quality water straight from the tap (bring a water bottle you can reuse).

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the house except the following areas:

- Owner's closet at the end of the hall

- Storage closet near the den

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 14+ days, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge (because no one wants to clean toilets on their vacay!). We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring.

NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m

MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 8 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 8 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people!

NO GARAGE: While there is plenty of space in the driveway, there is NO covered parking.

NO COUCH SURFING: For sanitary reasons, we do not allow guests to sleep on the couch. If you need more beds, please find a larger house!
