Guests will have full access to the entire home and property during their stay, ensuring a private and comfortable experience.

A unique access code will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in. This code will be active only for the duration of your stay—from check-in time through check-out—and will automatically expire afterward for security purposes.

Please note that access is limited to registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

Certain areas, if any, may be designated as owner or maintenance spaces and will remain locked.

If you experience any issues with access upon arrival, please reach out and we will assist as quickly as possible.

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You’ll have full access to the property and can enjoy a self-check-in experience for convenience.

We are available by message through Airbnb and typically respond quickly to any questions or concerns before and during your stay. Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, during which responses are fastest. Messages received outside of these hours will be answered as soon as possible the next day.

Depending on the day, we may or may not be in the area, but we have local support available if needed to ensure your stay is smooth and comfortable.

We’re also happy to provide recommendations for local dining, activities, and things to do—just ask!

*Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance. Bringing a pet without prior approval will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. This policy is in place due to allergy concerns and the extra cleaning required to maintain the space for all guests.

*Pool Use: Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass is allowed in the pool area for safety reasons. The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis.

*Rental Agreement: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. Booking confirmation indicates agreement to these terms.

*Travel Insurance & Weather Policy: Travel insurance is not required but is strongly recommended. We do not offer refunds due to weather or travel disruptions unless conditions are deemed unsafe or prevent access to the property.

*Parties & Events: Parties or events are strictly prohibited. If a party or unauthorized gathering occurs, guests may be required to vacate the property immediately without refund.

*Pest Control: The property is on a regular professional pest control schedule. Due to the natural setting, occasional insects may still be present.

*Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10am.

*Location: Please note that our home is located in a quiet area. It’s perfect for relaxing, but you may need a car or golf cart to get around.

*Noise: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am to respect neighbors.

*Wildlife & Nature: Being in a natural setting, you may occasionally see wildlife or insects—this is part of the charm of the area.

*Weather Conditions: Weather can change quickly in this area. Please plan accordingly.

*Stairs/Accessibility: The property includes [stairs/uneven paths], which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is three bed rooms on the main floor.

*Parking: Free parking is available for 4 cars. Please follow any posted signs. No on street parking. You will be ticketed.
