Home is in Daytona Beach Shores/ Port Orange. Just a 3 min walk to the beach and a short 10 min drive to Daytona Main Street and the Most Famous Beach in the WORLD! Large Entertaining Pool area with a Beachy Tropical Atmosphere that is relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for having dinner outdoors, basking in the sunshine, or reading a book in the large shaded area.

Cottage - The cottage is attached to the house with 2 separate entrances. You can access the cottage from the side of the house, or the sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool. While it is separate with no direct access to the main house, it is only steps away from the sliding glass door back entrance to the main house. The guest cottage is a studio type setting with a kitchen sink, refrigerator, king bed and a pull out sofa bed. There is no bathroom in the cottage, but the main bathroom has an exterior door to the pool area and is only steps away.

We love our fur babies! Doggies are allowed at $75 per dog for entire stay. Unaccounted for animals will be automatically charged $250

This is a single family home that you will have completely to yourself with full privacy. There are cameras in front and back of the home that only record the exterior of the property These cameras are for security purposes only and DO NOT record the pool or the front patio area. We respect your privacy.

Security hold required of $400. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card. This will not show as a charge, as it is only a HOLD. It will be held immediately prior to check-in and released within 3 days upon checkout. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. If we agree to book under the age of 25 the security hold will be increased to $800.

Booking guest required to sign rental agreement which will be sent upon booking. While children are permitted, the home is not child friendly. There is no safety gate around the pool.
