Cute 2 br with King and Queen - Park Forest

Welcome to Thee Forest Oasis, our cozy one story single family home for quiet stays only!! No stairs in a quiet residential neighborhood in the south suburbs of Chicago. We are a short 5 minute drive to the train station to downtown Chicago & close to interstate I-57 and I-394. 5 minutes from Governors State University and close to many local hospitals. We are also a short drive from neighboring shopping areas. No pets/animals, must be 21 to book. NO PARTIES, NO PROM SEND OFFS! QUIET STAYS ONLY

This home was recently remodeled and we look forward to hosting you. Home is not child-proof. There is a king bed, a queen bed and a queen air mattress which can be set up in the living room.

Guests have the entire home and backyard to themselves with the exception of the garage and hall closet which is locked.

I am available via the airbnb app, text or phone. During the summer, maintenance cuts the grass once a week on weekdays. They will also remove snow after a snowfall and will enter the yard to complete the work. We also come by on Monday evenings to bring the garbage cans to the curb, but we won't disturb you ?

This is a great area About a 5 minute drive to Thorn Creek, a 30 mile trail for outdoor enthusiasts.

If you visit during the summer season, visit the Park Forest Aqua Center which has a pool with lap swimming, sand beach with toddler pool, water & drop slides plus climbing wall. Or take in a show at Freedom Hall or Theatre 47. Saturday mornings from May-October, check out our Farmers Market.

Governors State University is a 5 minute drive from the property.

Credit Union One Amphitheater, Tinley Park is about a 15 minute drive from the property for great outdoor summer concerts!

Of course you'll want to visit the big city of Chicago which is easily accessible via I-57, I-394 or the metra train which is a quick 10 minute drive from the property.

Or try your luck at the Hard Rock Casino in Northwest, IN which is 30 minutes away.

There are also several hospitals in close proximity for traveling nurses and other medical professionals.

It's best to have a vehicle to get around, however folks also utilize ride-sharing services to travel. We are a short 3 minute drive to the Richton Park metra train station which takes you downtown to the Van Buren station for access to Sears (Willis) Tower, Millennium Park Station for easy access to the mag mile or Museum Campus/11th Street for easy access to Soldier Field, Field Museum and Aquarium. We are less than an hour from O'Hare Intl. airport, Midway airport and downtown Chicago.

This is a single family home with no shared walls, however the area is a densely populated residential area, so please be respectful of our neighbors. Outdoor quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. No loud music, loud talking, yelling etc.
