The space
It's the details that count.... Fall asleep to the gentle sound of the creek. Hot tub, sauna, garage, laundry, crock-pot, fondue pot, glove and boot dryers, games, movies, cruiser bike all included! Walk out the front door and down the street to bus stop or walk into the charming town of Frisco. Single car garage for gear storage or for mid size cars. Plenty of parking out front. Ground floor unit offers a back patio that opens up to the forest and Ten Mile Creek within steps. This unit provides a peaceful setting yet is just steps to the action and adventure of Summit County.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire 3 bedroom condo. Private balcony off the master over looks the creek. Shared balcony off of guest bedroom 2. Access to free firewood. There is a unit above us and you may occasionally hear neighbors.

Other things to note
It is not all fun and games. STRICT NO PETS. NO SMOKING Policy. Check-out 10:00am. Check-in at 4:00pm. Cleaning crew will charge if I have to adjust times. Thank you in advance for being respectful of these guidelines.
