🗑️ Trash:
Please place all trash in the provided bags and dispose of them in the exterior bins located on the side of the home. If staying for an extended period, we appreciate you taking trash out periodically to help keep the property clean and comfortable for everyone.

🚗 Parking:
Driveway parking is available at the property. Additional street parking may be available nearby. Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks, or mailboxes.

❄️ Climate Control:
The home features central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Colorado weather can change quickly, so feel free to adjust the thermostat to your preferred temperature during your stay.

🏡 Outdoor Living:
Enjoy the private outdoor space during your stay. Please be respectful of neighbors, keep noise levels reasonable, and clean up after use. If using any outdoor furniture or amenities, please return everything to its original location when finished.

No smoking inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted only if done responsibly, with proper disposal and no odor entering the home. Violations will result in a remediation fee.

No pets unless approved in advance.

No parties or events. We understand you may have a larger group—please ask first. This is a residential neighborhood and we must respect our neighbors. A Ring camera is installed at the front entrance for security purposes. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1,000 fee.

Please park only in designated areas and follow all local parking regulations.

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. Noise complaints may result in cancellation of your stay without refund.

Do not move furniture. It can scratch floors and cause damage. Repair or replacement costs will be billed if this occurs.
