I wish more people knew about Houfy — they have an incredible platform with all the same features (and more) that Airbnb and Vrbo offer. You can even integrate your reviews from other sites directly onto your Houfy profile. The system gives hosts far more flexibility: multiple guest payment options, funds received in advance, and easy tools to add municipal taxes. Best of all, there are little to no additional fees for either guests or hosts. It’s a total win-win for everyone involved.

I wish more people knew about Houfy

I recently added my vacation rental to Houfy and the experience has been very positive. The setup and integration were straightforward, and I received my first substantial direct booking almost immediately after going live. I like having another booking channel that gives hosts more control while offering guests a professional and trustworthy way to reserve. We hope you are excited for your upcoming trip. We are thrilled you chose our home, Cool Breezes.

The home has 7 beds all with clean linens, there are 5 blankets, 10 sets of towels and 10 beach towels for your use. We also supply 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, 1 sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap. 

Parking- 2 cars will fit on the concrete under the house. Additional parking available on the street, Kennedy Drive. Please do not park on the gravel as that is the neighbor’s property or block the driveway as it is shared with other houses. 

The lockbox which contains the physical key is located to the right of the front door (not the electronic lock on the door). Pull weather cover down. Enter code 0313 and press top lever down. Retrieve the front door key. Use this key during your visit  Please return key to lock box upon check out by entering code again and close both doors (you may need to push the black lever to clear code)

Trash day is Monday. Please take trash carts out Sunday, before you leave.

NOTE: Within four hours of check-in time, the Renter must inspect the Property for damages and notify the Homeowner via text or email if anything has been damaged or if the Property is not in a suitable condition. The housekeeping service will have already checked the Property to ensure it's ready for rental. However, it's the Renter's responsibility to notify the Homeowner to ensure that any issue is resolved in a timely manner and that the Renter is not charged for any damages or missing items that may have been the fault of a previous Renter. Failure to notify the Homeowner within four hours of check-in nullifies any claims the Renter may raise as to the condition of the Property upon arrival.

**The City of Galveston has implemented a City Ordinance (No 19-017 Secs 8-27) that states all items left on the beach after sunset will be removed. The ordinance is strictly enforced by the Galveston Park Board of Trustees, and they can be reached at 409-797-5105.

There is noise ordiance in Sea Isle of 10pm. Please be respectful of neighbors especially full time residents.
