Dining & Living Room: Spacious and inviting, with a pull-out sofa for additional guests and beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Sound.

Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable king-size bed and a window that overlooks the tranquil waterfront.

Guest Access: Enjoy direct access to the Sound-front lawn, courtyard, and in-ground pool with plenty of space to relax.

A coin/card-operated laundromat is conveniently located on the first floor of Building G—the same building as your unit.

Open daily from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

The COA (Condominium Owners Association) has temporarily restricted balcony access for all units due to Florida-mandated structural inspections.

However, you can still enjoy:

This is a residential community, not a resort or hotel, so please respect the peaceful atmosphere and enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay away from the crowds and traffic.

You will receive your Smart Lock door code on the day of arrival—sent via text for security and convenience.

Your unit is located in the G Building, on the third floor (center section).

? Elevator access is available on the first floor, also in the center of G Building, offering easy access to your floor.

This building faces the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, providing a peaceful and scenic waterfront experience.

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need assistance during your stay.

? House Rules & Property Considerations

We kindly ask that all guests treat the condo—and fellow guests in the complex—with care and respect:

Noise Awareness: Please be mindful of your volume. This is a residential complex with families and long-term residents. Loud music, heavy footsteps, or running can be heard in the units below. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo, on balconies, in hallways, elevators, or the pool area. A cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the condo per COA policy.

Linens: Condo linens (towels, sheets, and comforters) are not to be taken to the beach or pool.

Hair Dye, Lotions, & Oils: Please refrain from coloring hair or applying oil-based products inside the unit. These can permanently stain furniture and walls.

Pool Rules: The pool area has posted rules located on the entrance gate. Please respect and follow all pool rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment.

?️ Beach & Condo Care Guidelines

There’s one guarantee at the beach: there will always be sand! To help keep the condo clean and the plumbing in working order, please follow these important reminders:

Avoid bringing beach items inside the condo such as floats, towels, coolers, pool noodles, toys, or sandy shoes.

Outdoor hoses are conveniently located throughout the first floor at The Cedars for rinsing off. Most public beach accesses along the coast also provide rinsing stations—please use them before returning to the condo.

Sand will clog the shower, tub, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink very quickly, potentially leading to costly plumbing issues.

️ Air Conditioning Use

Please do not set the thermostat below 68°F. Doing so may cause the system to freeze and stop working.

Keep patio doors and windows closed when the A/C is running. Leaving them open causes the system to overwork, which may result in a complete shutdown during your stay. If this happens, repairs may not be immediate.
