Guests are free to use all spaces within the home, all living and bedroom spaces. The backyard is fenced and is not shared with anyone, so guests can enjoy some privacy with the pool, grill, and firepit.

*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*

- Pets are not allowed.

- No 3rd party booking allowed.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. There is a sheriff that lives across the street.

- No smoking inside or outside of the property. ($500 fine)

- Neighborhood quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. Again, there is a sheriff that lives across the street.

- There is one google nest camera on site which is located by the front door. Reservations will be terminated immediately for covering, tampering with or blocking any part of the camera, with no refund.

- There is no life guard on duty for the pool. Swim at your own risk.

- $20/day for pool heat - Must let us know before arrival to allow time to heat the pool.
