Step into the spacious open-concept main living area designed for comfort and effortless gathering. Features a Smart TV and cozy seating, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day exploring the shoreline, touring colleges, or preparing for a weekend celebration. Guests can stream using their own accounts for a personalized entertainment experience. Guests also have access to a Playstation 4 for gaming options. The functional gas fireplace can add to the ambience and make evenings warm and memorable.

A fully-equipped kitchen and dining room designed for extended stays, larger groups or families, and home-style cooking, giving you everything you need to prepare meals with ease. You’ll find major appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, double oven, microwave, two dishwashers, two sinks, ice maker, cookware, utensils, and essential kitchen tools. A combo single serve/full pot coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle are also provided. The dining area offers a comfortable space to enjoy meals together and gather with your group.

<u><b>LIVING ROOM 2/WORKSPACE/EXTRA CONVERTIBLE BEDROOM (3rd FLOOR)</b></u>
Enter a versatile, open-concept lounge designed for relaxation, entertainment, and productivity. This flexible space includes a Smart TV, board games, and books for all ages. It features a queen-size futon couch that converts into a bed, a coffee table, and two built-in workspaces (one private desk and one larger multi-person setup). A skylight fills the space with natural light, making it ideal as a lounge, playroom, workspace, or additional sleeping area.

<u><b>OUTDOOR SPACE</b></u>
Our coastal outdoor patio space is made for relaxing and entertaining and is right across from the beach. You’ll have access to a grill/BBQ and outdoor dining area with umbrella. Beach seating, lounge chairs, chairs to bring to the beach, wood-burning fire pit (you may bring your own firewood and fire starters if you’d like to use it on the beach), and other beach accessories are all available to use on the beach and create the perfect vacation experience. An outdoor bathroom and shower are available for easy beach days. A climbing dome is available for children. (Kayaks, fire pit, and beach accessories may vary as we occasionally update our selection to keep our property in tip-top shape for our guests.)

The second-floor open-glass porch offers an indoor-outdoor retreat with a fire table and ocean views—an ideal spot to unwind anytime during the day or have a quiet, moonlit evening sit with someone special.

Driveway parking accommodates 5-6 vehicles, and exterior security cameras are in place for added safety.

- Early check-in/late check-out must be requested in advance
- Guests must bring their own firewood and fire starters for fire pit
- $500 penalty per violation plus damage charges if applicable

- Before you head out, please take a moment to complete the following:
- Return any moved furniture to its original position
- Bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin
- Start the dishwasher before you leave to avoid attracting pests
- Turn off all lights and appliances. Turn off all lights and appliances. Turn AC up to 75° or turn the heat down to 67°.
- Double-check for personal belongings
- Ensure all windows and doors are closed and latched
- Report any damages or maintenance issues so we can address them promptly
- Don’t forget to log out of any streaming accounts on the TV
