Welcome to The Chalet on Lake Wylie! This stunning 5,000 sq. ft. A-Frame is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and cove, featuring 6 bedrooms—including a spacious converted walk-in closet adjacent to the master—4.5 baths, three decks, an entertainment area, a private dock, and parking for a dozen vehicles. Perfect for up to 16 guests!

The Chalet on Lake Wylie is a comfortable place for groups. It has three levels, with bedroom(s) on each, so everyone has room to spread out. We hope you make some great memories here, the kind that make you want to return.

The kitchen has a huge, custom wood table that comfortably seats 12, good for meals, games, and corporate meetings.

Our previous guests include corporate groups, friend reunions, wedding parties, and multigenerational families.

Families find the house works well. Kids can play by the lake and in the sandbox, and there's a game room. Teens will probably enjoy the game room and lake activities, and there's space to hang out. Parents can relax on the deck or by the fire pit, or just enjoy the lake views. It's a place where everyone can find something to do.

🚤 Take the pontoon out for a thrilling tubing adventure.

🛶 Explore the cove by kayak or paddle board
🔥 End the day with s'mores around the fire pit.

If the weather isn’t cooperating, head to the entertainment area on the lower level/walkout basement, where you’ll find:
🍹 A bar & lounge area with a large-screen smart TV to stream your favorite games
🎱 A pool table & ping pong table
🎮 Plenty of space and TVs for kids to play indoors
🃏 A variety of cards and board games for endless fun.

Guests have access to the entire house, including the garage with the pool and ping pong table. Some storage closets may be locked.

Early Check-In Policy:
Early check-in requests can only be considered within two days of your scheduled arrival date, as it depends on whether we have guests checking out that same day. Feel free to check back with us at that time. If guaranteed early access is important, we recommend booking the night before to ensure availability.

We live close by and can be available, if needed. Please reach out for issues you may experience.

🔹 Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM as sound travels across the cove.
🐾 Pets Welcome – Furry friends are allowed for a small additional fee per pet.
👨‍👩‍👧 Guest Limit – To respect our neighbors, the home accommodates up to 16 guests unless otherwise approved by the host.
🚗 Parking – The driveway can fit up to 12 cars stacked. No parking on the grass and do not block our neighbors' driveway.
📹 Security Cameras – For the safety of our guests and property, we have cameras monitoring the front and back doors.
🚭 No Smoking – This is a smoke-free home. A $1,000 fee will be charged for any indoor smoking violations.
🌡️ A-Frame Room Temperature Notice – The small A-frame room located on the top floor may be a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house, especially during the warmer months. We provide a portable AC unit and fans to help keep it comfortable.
