Camm's Lakeside Retreat is the perfect place for memories.

The house has over 3100 sq ft with a great room that’s perfect for entertaining. It has 4 bedrooms with ALL, but one bedroom facing the lake. There are 4.5 baths, including one bathroom that’s accessible from the covered deck.

We know you’ll enjoy your stay and expect to make wonderful memories with family and friends!

What makes this property unique is the fact that the large covered porch is only a stone’s throw away from the vast shoreline. You’ll enjoy your morning coffee without the need to get off the deck or if you choose, you can immerse yourself in the comfortable chairs underneath the newly constructed gazebo. No need to worry that a little bit of rain will dampen your day because we’ve got you “covered”.

The property sits on over an acre with an amazing 240 degree view of Lake Wylie. There is approximately 300 linear feet of shoreline that includes a long pier with a gazebo and swim platform.

Expecting visitors by boat? The swim platform was designed for multiple boats to tie up for the visit. You can even enjoy the wait at the dock as the waters are typically very calm, except on major holidays.

Young children and dogs will love spending their days on the beach.

Kayaks are available for those adventure seekers. You can easily paddle your way to what the locals call “bird island”.

The Master Bedroom Suite is very unique. At approximately 900 sq feet, it’s a private getaway on its own. The space includes a king bed, sitting area, queen pull-out bed, double shower and double sliding glass doors leading to a large private balcony with amazing views.

All bedrooms, except one, has waterfront views and their own private bathroom (en-suite). Note, the fourth full bath is located outside adjacent to the covered porch.

Because of where the property sits, you can catch the sunrise as well as the sunset, if you’re lucky.

There is an option to rent a tritoon (seats 14), however, it is based on ability and needs to be reserved in advance. These boats are marketed to other vacation rental properties.

You will have access to the entire house except storage closets and garage. Otherwise, our guests have access to the entire property.

We have a pontoon and tritoon boat onsite that we may need to access to deliver at times. They will be docked on the far left of the property away from our guests.

To give our guests privacy, we are very hands off. We can be available for assistance or to take care of neighbor/noise complaints. We will do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable as we are within driving distance.

Camm’s Lakeside Retreat is situated in a quiet family neighborhood surrounded by new, luxury homes in a very desirable area.
