Welcome to your modern and bright 68 m² seaside apartment in Fuengirola, designed for comfort and convenience.

Living room: A welcoming space with a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Bedrooms: Two well-arranged bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with an electric stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, ideal for preparing meals during your stay.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a glass shower.

Balcony: An enclosed balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy fresh sea air and a relaxing atmosphere.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes the living room, both bedrooms, the kitchen, bathroom, and the enclosed balcony. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, and an elevator is available for convenient access.

We will meet you in person to hand over the keys and welcome you to the apartment. After check-in, we will be available via phone or message if you have any questions or need assistance, but we respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay.

The apartment is located on the first line of the beach in Fuengirola, in Edificio Perla 6 on the famous Paseo Marítimo Rey de España. The beach and the promenade are just steps from the building, with many restaurants, cafés, bars, and local shops all around.

This beachfront area is one of the most lively and convenient parts of Fuengirola. Guests can easily walk along the promenade, enjoy the seaside atmosphere, and access a wide range of dining options nearby.

Popular attractions such as Bioparc Fuengirola, Aquamijas Water Park, and Miramar Shopping Center are also close and easy to reach from the apartment.

The area is very walkable and most places can be reached on foot. The beach, Paseo Marítimo, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all nearby.

Fuengirola train station is within walking distance and offers frequent Cercanías C1 trains along the Costa del Sol, including direct connections to Málaga Airport (about 30 minutes), Málaga city, Benalmádena, and Torremolinos.

Local bus stops are also close by for travel within Fuengirola and nearby towns. If you are driving, street parking is usually available in the area.

Check-in: Key handover is done in person on arrival to ensure a smooth start to your stay.

Luggage storage: The property does not offer luggage storage. If you arrive before check-in, you can enjoy a coffee at a nearby café along the promenade such as Granier or Tahiti Bar.
