Welcome to Castlewood Chalet, a beautifully updated tri-level A-frame cabin nestled in the heart of Blue Lake Springs, Arnold. With over 3,500 sq ft of space, this mountain retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, ideal for family gatherings, couples, and group getaways.

Step into the bright and airy great room featuring dramatic vaulted ceilings, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and an inviting wood-burning stove. The open layout flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. The dining area seats 8 comfortably, making it perfect for family dinners or game nights.

The main level includes two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the loft suite with a half bath offers additional sleeping or reading space. On the lower level, the primary suite provides extra privacy, featuring a full bathroom and easy access to the game room and laundry area.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including:
• The main cabin (three levels) with living room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, loft, and game room.
• The private guest house above the garage, which includes a separate living space, kitchenette, and full bathroom.
• The wraparound deck with outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and hot tub under the pines.
• The driveway and 3-car garage (garage can be used for parking or gear storage).
• Access to Blue Lake Springs amenities — including Snowflake Lodge, swimming pool, tennis courts, lakes, and playground (guest passes provided; daily fees apply).

Guests will receive a unique access code for self check-in, along with detailed arrival instructions before their stay.

Other things to note
• Blue Lake Springs HOA: Guests will receive access passes to enjoy amenities such as the pool, lakes, tennis courts, and Snowflake Lodge. There is a daily guest fee paid directly at the facility.
• Wildlife: The property is in a beautiful forest setting — you may see deer, birds, or even bears. Please keep trash inside the bear box and do not leave food outdoors.
• Fire Safety: No open fires or fireworks allowed. Use only the designated BBQ grill and follow local burn restrictions.
• Hot Tub: Please rinse before use, replace the cover after, and keep the temperature set below 102°F when not in use.
• Parking: The level driveway and 3-car garage offer plenty of parking. Do not park on the street or block the fire access route.
• Security Cameras: There are two exterior cameras — one at the driveway and one doorbell camera at each entrance (main cabin and guest house). Cameras monitor exterior entry points only for safety and security.
• Weather: In winter, 4WD or chains may be required during snow. The driveway is plowed when snowfall occurs.
• Noise: Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM per HOA rules. Please be respectful of neighbors and the peaceful mountain environment.
