Guests have full access to the entire home and all its amenities — nothing is off-limits during your stay.

You’ll enjoy:
• All bedrooms and bathrooms (including the private master suite upstairs)
• Fully equipped kitchen and open dining/living areas
• Deck and backyard surrounded by tall pines — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation
• Garage game room, featuring a 3-in-1 table (ping pong, air hockey, and snooker)
• Washer and dryer for your convenience

🚪 Entry:
Self-check-in is simple with the keypad at the front door. A backup lockbox key is available near the entrance if needed.

🚗 Parking:
Driveway parking for up to Six vehicles.
(Note: the garage is converted into a game room and not available for parking.)

Guests have complete privacy throughout their stay, but our local co-host Dana is nearby if you need on-site help — and I’m always available by message or phone.

Other things to note
We kindly ask guests to respect our home by keeping it clean and tidy during your stay. Please do not mishandle or cause damage to the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

🎮 Game Room:
Located in the converted garage — enjoy ping pong, air hockey, and snooker.

🔥 No Fireplace:
Please note there is no fireplace or wood stove in the cabin.

🚭 Smoking:
No smoking or vaping inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed — please dispose of waste responsibly.

🌲 Wildlife:
Arnold is home to deer, foxes, and other wildlife. Please don’t leave food outside or in vehicles overnight.

❄️ Winter Travel:
Chains or 4WD may be required during snow. Roads are well-maintained, but check conditions before driving.

🧼 Supplies:
Starter toiletries, paper goods, and detergents are provided. For longer stays, please restock as needed. A first aid kit is located in the small closet right next to the first-floor bathroom.

📶 Wi-Fi:
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Wi-Fi details will be provided during check-in.

📘 Local Info:
A welcome binder inside the cabin includes dining, local attractions, and emergency contacts.
