There are smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom that include Netflix. Wireless internet is accessible throughout the house and lanai.

The fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops includes all major appliances, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster --everything needed to feel like home.

The screened lanai has a gas grill and a large dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. There are also chaise lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. You might see fish jumping in the canal, and there are turtles and ducks that often visit the dock area. There are colorful LED lights in the pool and spa for night time swim.
