ABOUT THE HOUSE: This two story home was designed by an architect in true modern style with clean contemporary design and offers unique indoor/outdoor living experience on the first floor. Casa Costa features two very spacious air conditioned master bedrooms (one on each floor) each with a private bathroom. As you enter onto the first floor, you find a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a living room that opens to an infinity dipping pool and a hammock jungle view lounge area. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, a futon that sleeps one or two more and a smart TV.

The upstairs bedroom includes a queen size bed and a single bed. It has its own entrance for extra privacy. Also includes a walk in closet, a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. It is equipped just enough to prepare cocktails and appetizers for sunset or for enjoying your morning coffee. Relax on the patio deck in one of the two hammocks or rinse off in the outdoor shower. A pool/beach towel is provided for each guest.

If you can't completely leave the outside world behind, there is secure Wifi which is provided in the welcome book upon check in.

Designed with a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of Sayulita, Casa Costa is a stunning contribution to Mexican tropical modern architecture and must be seen and experienced to be truly appreciated. It brings contemporary living into balance with its jungle tropical setting.

Caution – not suitable for children (0-7) because there are no railings on the first floor. Well behaved children 8 years + are welcome.

It's a 15 minute walk to both the plaza and the beach on dirt cobble stone road. For quicker in and out, around town, most people prefer renting a golf cart or a car.

Casa Costa House includes:
