Our luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath OCEAN VIEW condo has boho-chic, Mexican flair decor & is located right in the heart of Zona Dorada ✨Golden Zone✨ within the beautiful beach town of Bucerias, Mexico. Less than a block from the beach, & steps away from everything!!

LIVING ROOM:
The main living area provides an open concept with a large, comfy sofa that also becomes another sleeping space. There is a new 65” Smart TV which allows you to conveniently access all your streaming services. Ceiling fan, and individually controlled air conditioning units in living room and each bedroom.

DINING:
We have a dining area with a large table with seating for 4. There are another 3 stools for seating at the kitchen counter.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped providing you with a full refrigerator freezer, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, pots & pans and all the necessary utensils. Plenty of extra shelves and cabinet space to store your groceries for your stay.

LAUNDRY:
Convenient in-unit washer and dryer for your use.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
King size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, A/C, attached full bath with separate sink area and a huge closet, shower. Sliding glass doors open up to the outdoor patio allowing you to listen to the waves of the ocean at night and wake up to the beautiful ocean view.

Queen size bed, closet space, ceiling fan, A/C

OUTDOOR PATIO/BALCONY:
Sliding glass doors open up completely to allow indoor/outdoor living, if you desire. Table & chairs to watch the sunset with you favorite beverage. Another chair and coffee table to relax with a book or listen to the waves.

ROOFTOP POOL & TERRACE:
On the 6th floor of the building offers an exclusive rooftop with 360 degree ocean, city, mountain & sunset views. A covered lounge area, large uncovered patio with chairs and umbrellas, and a beautiful and refreshing pool. There are also 3 bathrooms for your convenience.

The entire 2 bedroom condo is yours to stay and enjoy! You also have your own in-unit washer and dryer.
