Please note: there is no smoking allowed on the property, including the balcony & rooftop terrace. If you need to smoke, you can go down to street level, outside of the gates. Thanks for your cooperation. Building Rules: 1. Dogs are to be on a leash when entering, or exiting the property 2. Pets are not allowed on the pool deck 3. Glass of any kind is prohibited on the pool deck 4. Smoking in condos and all common areas of the building is prohibited 5. Animals defecating in all common spaces is a violation 6. Personal items are to be stored in the storage area overnight 7. Destroying or vandalizing property of the building or an owner/tenant is prohibited 8.
