Pool & Hot Tub Heating
Heating is optional and must be requested and paid for in advance, subject to availability.

$200 per week
Please contact the host before arrival if you would like the pool and/or hot tub heated. Allow adequate time for the water to warm up, as heating time varies with outdoor temperatures, weather conditions, and the starting water temperature.

Guests may not adjust the heating equipment or temperature settings without permission. The heating fee does not guarantee a specific water temperature under all weather conditions. If heating is not purchased, the heating system will remain disabled throughout the reservation. Unauthorized use of the heating system may result in an additional charge.

Pool Rules
Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool. Never leave children unattended.
No running, pushing, diving, rough play, or horseplay. Pool decks may be slippery.
No glass containers in the pool or surrounding pool area. Use plastic or other nonbreakable drinkware.
Do not swim while under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment.
No food in the pool. Please use the designated outdoor seating area for meals and snacks.
Shower off excessive lotions, oils, and sunscreen before swimming.
Do not use the pool if you have diarrhea or a contagious illness.
Do not tamper with pool equipment, alarms, covers, or safety devices. Keep screen doors closed and locked when not in use.
Report any damage, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to the host promptly.
Hot Tub Rules
Do not exceed the posted hot tub occupancy limit.
Children must be closely supervised. Hot tub use may be inappropriate for children under 16; follow applicable safety guidance.
Do not adjust the temperature or controls. Water temperatures should never exceed 104°F (40°C).
Avoid prolonged soaking, especially in hot weather. Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseated, weak, or overheated.
No glass, food, or smoking in the hot tub.
Shower before use to rinse off lotions, oils, and other products.
Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment.
Do not use the hot tub if you have diarrhea or a contagious illness.
Do not add soaps, bath oils, bubble bath, or chemicals to the water.
Do not remove filters, change chemical settings, or tamper with pumps or controls. Contact the host if anything is not working properly.

Never swim alone.
Keep doors and gates secured when the pool is not in use.
Keep electrical devices and cords away from water.
Leave the pool and hot tub immediately during lightning or severe storms.
Guests are responsible for ensuring everyone in their group understands and follows these rules.
Boat Dock Usage: Requires a signed liability waiver prior to access

Trash & Recycling: Outdoor trash and recycling cans are located on the side of the house by the garage door. Trash and recycling are collected on Wednesdays. Please follow any additional instructions provided by the host regarding bin placement.

Local Wildlife: Mosquitoes and snakes may be present. Do not feed or approach wildlife, and keep trash secured.

Violations: $500 penalty per violation, plus damage recovery costs.
