The Space
Slip into one of two Adirondack chairs on the front porch and watch the neighborhood wake up. Inside, light floods through large windows onto gleaming hardwood floors that run throughout the home. The renovated bungalow blends period character with modern comfort: a tufted king bed in the primary suite, room darkening shades in the queen bedroom for post-celebration sleep-ins, and a walk-in shower with LED back-lit mirrors in the shared bathroom.
Primary Bedroom - King
Natural light fills this bedroom through generous windows, illuminating neutral tones and plush bedding on a king bed with a tufted headboard. A loveseat creates a reading nook. Two nightstands flank the bed, each with USB charging ports. White noise machines help mask street sounds or a partner's snoring. After a day of wine tasting or exploring Round Top antiques, sink into comfort and rest.
Secondary Bedroom - Queen
Rich patterned linens and warm textures define this second bedroom. A queen bed sits beneath soft lighting, with mirrors that amplify the space. Room darkening shades block morning sun for those who need to sleep in. USB charging and white noise machines match the primary suite's amenities.
Bathroom
Both bedrooms share a bathroom with spa-like touches: a spacious walk-in shower, double vanity topped with quartz, and an LED back-lit mirror that provides flattering light for getting ready.
Kitchen
Granite countertops anchor a kitchen built for leisurely breakfast prep and evening entertaining. A breakfast nook with barstool seating for two provides a spot to linger over morning coffee or quick bites. Full-size appliances include a gas range, refrigerator, and microwave. A dual coffeemaker (both Keurig and traditional drip pot) sits beside a toaster, rice cooker, crockpot, and Ninja blender. Complete barware and an electric wine opener wait for evening tastings of your winery finds. You’ll also find plenty of bakeware for turning your farmer’s market haul into tonight’s feast.
Living Room
The heart of the home opens to natural light through large windows. A sectional sofa and accent chairs provide ample seating, draped with throw blankets for quiet evenings. A Smart TV handles streaming (bring your login credentials). Cabinets below the TV hold board games and a curated library of bestsellers. The space flows into a dining area with room for lingering over meals and making plans for your next Brenham adventure.
Outdoor Spaces

Four chairs circle a small table on the side patio, creating an outdoor spot for cards, conversation, or an afternoon of cheese, wine and good company.
Backyard
A private backyard offers space to unwind after long days hunting down antiques, finding that perfect brew at the beer fest, or easing out of your dancing shoes at your college roommate’s wedding. Toss beanbags in a cornhole game or settle into the Texas evening air and kick your boots off.
