ABOUT THIS SPACE

The Bumm'Inn is a three-story, second-row beach house built for a crowd. Six bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and a full outdoor entertainment compound that sets this property apart from anything else in Garden City Beach.

Outdoor:
Your private heated saltwater pool takes center stage — 8 lounge chairs, a palapa shade structure with palm trees, and a kiddie pool for the littlest guests. The outdoor kitchen area seats 6 at the table plus 4 at the bar. Fire up the BBQ grill, rinse off at the outdoor shower, practice your short game on the putting green, and run a foosball or shuffleboard tournament before dinner. The fully fenced backyard means kids can roam freely without a second thought.

Main Floor:
Two living areas with Smart TVs, cable, and fast WiFi. The kitchen is genuinely equipped for 18: full stove and oven, two refrigerators, dishwasher, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, blender, rice maker, and all the cookware you'd use at home. Dining area seats 10 at the main table, 4 more at the kitchen counter. A covered balcony off the living area has outdoor seating with ocean and neighborhood views. A rear deck holds additional seating and the grilling area.

Game Room:

PARKING

Six vehicles park on-site at no charge — four in the main driveway and two in the covered carport under the house. No permits, no meters, no daily hunting for street spots.

- No smoking inside the home. $500 fine plus cost of damages for evidence of indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking permitted.
- No pets
- No third-party bookings — the person who books must be present during the stay
- No chipping in the backyard — you are liable for property damage caused
- A rental agreement must be signed via OwnerRez after booking is approved
- Pool heater operational year-round; performance varies with outdoor temps below 50°F
