Soak up the sun and enjoy a warm dip in the pool or jacuzzi! Heating is available for an additional fee of $100 per night. If you prefer to have the pool heated before your arrival, we can arrange for a member of our team to take care of it in the morning of your check-in for a one-time fee of $100. Keep in mind that heating the pool can take anywhere from 5-10 hours or more, depending on the outside temperature. The jacuzzi, on the other hand, can be heated within 45 minutes to an hour. Please note, you can only heat either the pool or the jacuzzi at a time, not both simultaneously.

Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour.

Pets are welcome! But there's a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details.

We're thrilled to have you considering our property for your next stay! When making your reservation, we'd love to know a bit more about your group. If you wouldn't mind, please provide us with the following information when you book or message us:

1. How many guests will be staying with us and their approximate age range?
Will there be any visitors stopping by during your stay?
2. The purpose of your visit – is this a relaxing vacation, a busy business trip, or something else entirely?
3. Confirmation that you've had a chance to read through our house rules. You can find these in the "House Rules" section at the bottom of the listing.

Located in the beautiful and prestigious Brentwood. 10 minutes from the beach and within 10 minutes of UCLA. Close to the highway so you can be anywhere in the city quickly.

Parking for 2 cars and easy street parking. Uber and Lyft readily available.

Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it.

We also have a weekly gardener service to maintain the beautiful nature in the surroundings in its best shape.

Pool service is every Friday.
Garden service takes place every Monday.

Please remember that the pool and amenities are for your enjoyment, but they’re used at your own risk. For safety, children under 13 must always be directly supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

While we do our best to keep everything safe and enjoyable, homeowners and managers cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur.
We kindly ask all guests to respect these guidelines — failure to follow them may result in being asked to leave the property without a refund.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.

To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
