Note: House has about 35 steps to the front entrance of the house, which leads directly into the front deck.

Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour.

Pets Allowed – With prior approval and $250 pet fee per pet.

You will have private access to the entire property.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.
