Late Checkout – $50 per hour

Standard checkout is at 10:00 AM. Late checkout may be available for an additional fee of $50 per hour, subject to availability and prior approval. Requests should be submitted at least 12 hours in advance. Approval depends on our cleaning schedule and upcoming reservations.


NO SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas.

Any violation may be reported to Airbnb. If smoking results in property damage or extraordinary cleaning costs, we may request reimbursement through Airbnb, subject to supporting evidence and Airbnb's policies.
