Welcome to Summit to Remember, a brand new luxury cabin in the heart of Wears Valley with three levels of living space and beautiful Smoky Mountain views!

- Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Queen bed, en suite bathroom with tub, smart TV
- Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Queen bed, smart TV, hall bath with tub
- Playroom (Third Level): Fold out sofa that converts to two twin beds plus two additional twin beds for a total of 4 twins in the loft level

🍳 KITCHEN:
Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We provide pots, pans, utensils, cooking spices, a toaster, blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and a starter supply of coffee, creamer, and sugar. Dining table seats eight and bar seating seats four.

Flat driveway with room for 4+ cars. No steep mountain roads to navigate.

🔑 Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire cabin, all outdoor amenities, and the private yard. There are no shared spaces or common areas. Self check in via smart lock so you can arrive on your own schedule. Detailed check in instructions and a digital welcome guide will be sent before your stay.

📋 Other things to note
- This is a brand new build. You'll be among the first to enjoy it. However, this also means we are still trying to grow grass and there is hay still on the property. Please be patient with us!
- The cabin is on a hill with stairs to all levels. Please keep this in mind for guests with mobility concerns.
- Quiet hours: 10:30 PM to 7 AM.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
- We provide a starter set of toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Larger groups or longer stays may need additional supplies.
- Self check in and check out. Late check out available by request only.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
- Exterior security cameras for guest safety.
