Welcome to our cozy and quiet home located only 4 miles from downtown North Conway, 2 miles from Story Land and 5 miles from Attitash. This home is newly updated and furnished with a clean and comfortable style that is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Hang out on the deck with seasonal views or in the open concept kitchen/living room. The kids can play downstairs while the adults relax upstairs. We had comfort and quality in mind when designing our home and look forward to sharing it with you!

The Space - 3 levels

2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: Queen bed with optional full-sized crib, Bedroom 2: King bed with optional full-sized crib).

Walk out basement (4 full-sized bunkbeds). TV with Roku Apps and Buck Hunter arcade game.

3 bathrooms - 1 on each level of the home (Bathroom 1: stand up shower with separate tub. Bathroom 2: shower/tub, Bathroom 3: standup shower).

Kitchen - fully stocked kitchen with island seating. Dishwasher, gas range stove, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster oven (everything you need to prepare and cook a meal).

Living room - Couch and love seat, TV with Roku Apps.

Loft - Couch, work desk, bookshelf with board games (for both children and adults).

Deck - Table and chairs with umbrella, grill and firepit.

Each guest will receive a unique 4 digit code for front door entry 24 hours prior to arrival.

We will give you your space but we live local if you need anything at all!

Our home is located in a community that is part of an HOA. Because of this, there are some rules and restrictions pertaining to short-term rentals.

Pertinent rules include*:
No more than 8 people in rental party
No more than 3 cars parked on property/in road after 10:00pm
No bachelor/bachelorette parties or large gatherings
Must be 25 years of age to rent

*Each renter will be provided with a detailed list of HOA renting rules prior to final booking
