Daytona Beach Resort is currently undergoing repairs from past hurricanes impacts.
Please be aware that there will be construction on site on the seawall project.

As work continues, you may notice construction activity in the area, including noise and temporary limitations near the work zone. We appreciate your patience as these necessary improvements are completed.

We will continue to keep you updated as additional milestones are reached. We appreciate your patience as we work to bring the Resort back to everyone.
There is beach access still available right next door walking (North of the building). Also exit elevator, make a left and use the door down the hallway,

As private owners in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have.

On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive a check-in message containing all the instructions necessary for your stay. Please note you will have one parking pass and must be returned to the condo upon your departure.

If you are planning to stay for more than 2 days, kindly remember to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care items. Additionally, please note that you will be responsible for providing extra toilet paper and trash bags, as we only supply a small starter pack to get our guests started.
