Year-Round Heated Pools & Resort Amenities

Our pools are kept at a comfortable 80°F year-round, with the heater automatically adjusting in cooler months (late October to early April) to maintain the perfect temperature. In winter, water can be warmed up to 85°F. Our dedicated maintenance team checks all pools daily to ensure ideal conditions for your enjoyment.

Note: All water amenities are open year-round. The Aqua Park and Frog Pad may be turned off during off-season to conserve energy, but can be activated upon request. Please note these play areas are not heated.

Please Note:
All resort amenities are managed by a third-party provider and may be closed unexpectedly due to repairs, renovations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any temporary closures are not grounds for refunds.

Other things to note
Our Team furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The resort also has a one time $35/car resort fee which covers parking, wristbands and access to all expansive amenities onsite such as the waterfront gym, oceanfront waterpark, lazy rivers, kids play areas, heated pools and hot tubs.
