The space
This Disney Vacation Home is fully furnished with your comfort in mind. It sleeps 10 people comfortably.

There are 4 bedrooms in the property, consisting of one Master, with a King size bed and full en-suite facilities, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and one mickey themed room with bunk beds.
Fully equipped kitchen, includes all pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, coffee machine, toaster etc.
Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto beautiful screened in swimming pool.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Please note that this home is considered to be self catering. We provide a sample of complimentary items to help with first night which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, and 1 hand soap per bathroom. We do not provide detergent for the dishwasher, dish soap, or laundry detergent. The home is considered to be self catering. We provide a starter kit of basic supplies/toiletries for your stay.

Optional pool heat is available for $40/day . We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of October and April. Please let us know in advance if you would like to do that. (duration request is for entire stay.) We would totally recommend as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use.

Grill is available to RENT from our management company. Please let us know at least 2 weeks before your arrival if you want one.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week . Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash bins outside the front door.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Pool - Guests Use the pool at their own risk.

Guest access
The Guest will have the whole house to themselves and will also have access to all the resort amenities and clubhouse which is only a few min walk from the home. Waterpark and all amenities are fully included with your stay free of charge as a valued guest of ours!

Please note that a valid drivers license will be needed to access the resort by security, they will also check the amount of guests listed in the booking matches, so please be as specific as possible.

All consumable items are self service, but items that are initially complementary for the first night: toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry soap, dish soap, sponge, trash bag, shampoo and soap. These are intended to help with arrival night and would recommend that you also shop for household items that you will be consumed.

Packages may be shipped directly to the home address. Please arrange deliveries for times when you are home, as we are unable to store or handle packages. If a package is mistakenly addressed to the clubhouse, or if no one is available to receive it, the resort will charge a $20 handling fee, payable at the Front Desk. USPS does not deliver to the property, though Amazon typically delivers directly to the front door. Please kindly note that we cannot accept liability for mail or packages.

There is no usable BBQ grill on the property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you with more information for setup.
