Guest access
Entire place, resort amenities, theater, game room, water park, tennis, basketball, kingdom park. Waterpark and all amenities are fully included with your stay free of charge as a valued guest of ours!

Please note that a valid drivers license will be needed to access the resort by security, they will also check the amount of guests listed in the booking matches, so please be as specific as possible.

Other things to note
Windsor Hills has a fantastic welcome center, go by and get information on transportation, tickets and attractions, and check out items to make use of the amenities like tennis racquets, etc.

**IMPORTANT Notice: Waterslide & Splash Pad Closure
Please note that Windsor Hills Resort Waterslides and Splash Pad will be closed for scheduled maintenance approximately from January 5 to February 16, 2026, weather permitting. During this time, the resort pool, clubhouse, marketplace, fitness center, and arcade will remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment. We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to keep its amenities in great condition.

There is a 3-car limit per address. Each car driver must be registered before enter the resort.

All consumable items are self service, but items that are initially complementary for the first night: toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry soap, dish soap, sponge, trash bag, shampoo and soap. These are intended to help with arrival night and would recommend that you also shop for household items that you will be consumed.

We have pots and pans in the kitchen. Please bringthe condiments you wish to use.
