We are in Ormond by the Sea which has no buildings, condos, or hotels on beach. Beach is 100% natural. Cross natural sand dunes for beach access. If hearing ocean waves is your thing, we've got the place for you.

(1) Private Solar Heated Pool: (Never book an unheated pool, you will regret it...brrr !!!).

(2) Private Hot Tub for relaxing with Pina Coladas.

(3) Screened in porch for lounging, grilling, and chilling. ( TVs on porch too).

(4) 2 min walk to Ormond Beach (our street is a straight shot to beach, unlike others that require zig zagging). Cross sand dunes to access natural beach.

(5) Ormond Beach is pristine, no cars on beach, no buildings on beach, and uncrowded.

(6) Close to Tomaka Nature preserve for amazing kayaking, nature viewing ( manatees, birds, fish), fishing.

(7) Take a bike ride along Ormond Beach or Flagler Beach art galleries, restaurants, or bars.

(8) Beautiful landscaping around house so you can feel the Zen.

(9) Nearby restaurants, bars, and shopping. You don't need to go far for great seafood or great bars with great drink specials.
