*Parking Passes: One covered parking pass will be provided and left on the kitchen counter. If you will need a second pass, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.
*Wristbands: Wristbands are required by the HOA for access to amenities (pool, beach gate, etc.). These will be provided for your stay—please leave them on the kitchen counter at checkout.
*Beach Gear: We’re happy to provide beach gear for your use! We kindly ask that all items be rinsed and returned to the closet after use to keep them in great condition for future guests.
*One Ring video doorbell camera is located at the front entry door. It monitors and records activity only at the exterior entryway for guests and property security. It does not monitor any interior spaces or the private balcony.
