We are just around the corner(Less than a mile) from shopping and dining. Located in a quiet neighborhood with amble parking. Private backyard. Convenient to Wilmington, Jacksonville and Camp Lejeune. One level for easy access.

Our home is located just minutes to the ocean and everything Surf City, South Topsail and Topsail have to offer. Home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a split bedroom layout. Master bedroom with King bed and private bath. Quest rooms have 1 with Queen and 1 with double. A bathroom is between these two rooms. Quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic. Easy access with no stairs to entry. Convenient to Wilmington, Jacksonville, Sneads Ferry, and Camp Lejeune. No smoking/vaping or pets inside or outside property. Note: There is a front porch Ring security camera.

Full access with all the amenities to feel at home.

Our property is smoke/vape free inside and out, this includes porch, patio and yard. If you or anyone in your party smokes or vapes, this property is not for you. It is also pet free.
