Enjoy panoramic ocean views from our luxury, family-friendly home with direct, private beach access. Within walking distance to everywhere you want to be, our newly remodeled 5 BR 4 Bath luxury beach house offers all the space and amenities you will need to make this the vacation of your dreams. Our home is located in the most prime location of the whole island: just out the backdoor you are steps to ice cream, fantastic restaurants, groceries and all that Surf City has to offer. No need for a car, despite the ample parking we provide--our private driveway can fit six cars.

THE HOUSE

With three levels, Sweet Escape provides plenty of space to spread out with both upper and lower level seating and TV areas, two separate laundry areas, as well as a lower level kitchenette.

Amenities

Unlike many rentals we provide all bed and bath linens, blow dryers, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags for your convenience.

We have high-speed internet and cable TVs with streaming apps in all living areas and bedrooms (except triple bunk room).

1st Floor

All of the bedrooms are on the first and second level--no need to carry your suitcases up to the third floor. The kids will love the first level where they’ll enjoy foosball and hot shot basketball and then fall asleep alongside a larger-than-life Under the Sea mural trying to catch a glimpse of Nemo and Crush in their very own triple bunk room.

Down the hall is a beautifully remodeled bathroom and another bedroom featuring a twin over queen bunk bed and a Smart TV.

To accommodate your large group, there is even a separate kitchenette where you can store additional groceries and have access to a second fridge/freezer, oven and microwave.

This level was designed with the kids and teens in mind giving them their own hang-out space and TV area. The sofa folds out into a queen bed if needed.

2nd Floor

The second floor features an ocean view bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom. Across the hall, you’ll find a bathroom with double vanity and two beautiful Queen bedrooms with amazing oceanfront views and glass sliders providing you with direct access to both the beach and the oceanfront hot tub!

3rd Floor

The third floor is a real show stopper with beautiful ocean views as far as the eye can see and features a full bathroom as well as a comfortable, open-concept living room to relax and enjoy those views. Our newly remodeled kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful and is well stocked with brand new appliances and everything you’ll need to make gourmet meals should you so desire. There are 6 barstools in addition to a table that seats 8-10.

Wake up to our coffee bar which includes a Keurig and complimentary K-cups as well as drip coffee, and enjoy a peaceful morning watching the sunrise over the ocean from the deck.
