Unwind in this 2-bed/2-bath condo, located at the northern most point of Cherry Grove Beach. This quiet, second floor unit sleeps 6 and is in the gated Inlet Point Villas (IPV) community. Enjoy beautiful views of the inlet, sound, and marsh from your back balcony. It's a short walk to the beach from one of our community’s many private beach access points.
This condo boasts:
• Kitchen extras like a griddle, blender, and slow cooker.
• Coffee station for drip and K-cup coffee (starter K-cups provided).
• Free Wifi. Free parking.
• Cable TV in main living room and master. TV with DVD in 2nd bedroom.
• Ample pantry storage
• Starter paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, & laundry detergent.

Hello! We're Nick and Karina Dusenbury. We're so excited to host you at Inlet Point Villas. We are former long term rental owners in Charlotte who wanted to switch gears. So, we sold our Charlotte property to buy in a place we could share and enjoy visiting from time to time. We love showing hospitality in our own home. Now we can give a little bit of that to guests like you.
