• Guests must follow all building policies
• Respect the neighbors and shared spaces
• Only registered guests may stay overnight

These rules help keep the home safe, clean, and enjoyable for all.

• No Parties or Events – $3,000 Fine + Immediate Cancellation
Parties, loud gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the property and a $3,000 penalty as stated in the listing.

• No Smoking – $500 Fine
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping) is not allowed indoors or on the balcony. A $500 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is found.

• No Unapproved Guests – $500 Fine
Only the guests included in the Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property.
Unregistered visitors or overnight guests will result in a $500 violation fee.
