Alpine Vista Lodge is a 4 season home - enjoy biking and hiking in summer, colorful fall leaves and the quiet downtown during spring.
Alpine Vista Lodge is a sprawling custom luxury home with amazing views of the Breckenridge Ski Area and the Ten Mile Range. The large picture windows in the open living area, dining room and every king bedroom suite capture the views and unforgettable sunsets over the peaks. Perfect for families or groups, this home is a comfortable and spacious lodge located in the Highlands subdivision just 2 miles (5 minutes) north of downtown Breckenridge and the Ski Area.
As you enter this beautiful home, you are greeted by the large living room with hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings with large wooden beams. The living room features comfortable seating, a Colorado river rock gas fireplace, and a wall of windows facing West on to an expansive deck with an outdoor 4 burner gas grill and furniture. The deck will be your new favorite spot - grill and gaze at the mountains!
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, double ovens, microwave and an 8-burner gas grill top. Three sinks and two dishwashers can handle the load of your extended family, and the stand-alone ice maker will provide all the ice your group needs. The dining room features a round table seating 8 (great for games) and a two level bar with seating for 6 more makes this a great home for the whole family.
A separate sun room with fireplace is stocked with paperback books for those in your group that want to escape and enjoy the view. The gas fireplace will keep you cozy while you watch your favorite shows on the new 48" HDTV with cable.
There are hooks a plenty and cubbies for all your winter gear near the full laundry upstairs. A heated garage with room for two cars and parking is available for two more cars on the driveway.
Everyone will feel like they get the owners suite because there are four bedrooms each with private bathrooms, walk in closets, and a King Bed. And each bedroom has new flat screen HDTV with Roku. Each of the four master bed rooms - one one the main floor and three downstairs - has a wall of windows facing the Ten Mile Range and/or ski area.
The bunk room is a kids zone with with two twin over full beds. Also downstairs is a complete second laundry room!
A Large 65" 4K UHDTV and a blazing gas fireplace can be found in the lower living area. A computer desk and mini kitchen with microwave and full refrigerator are just steps away. The door to the lower deck leads to the private 8-person hot tub! Watch the sun set over the ski area and huge views of the ten mile range all from your private hot tub!.

We have enjoyed the Colorado Mountains for years and finally purchased our dream vacation home which we rent out when we are not there. Every season in Colorado is special - and this home is the place to enjoy them all.
We fell in love with the views from this home - it's why we wanted a mountain home. Sitting on the deck or in the hot tub watching the changing lights in the sky over the mountains is like heaven. We have three grown sons with their own families, so the large bedrooms (which will each accommodate a pack-n-play!) plus the large fully equipped kitchen are needed for us. There is room the whole family to cook / prepare meals without being in each other's way. And the three family rooms gives everyone a chance to spread out.
The Highlands is a beautiful neighborhood with houses on minimum 1 acre lots (ours is 1.5 acres) - so you're not looking into your neighbor's windows. It feels like community, and is so close to Breckenridge, yet you feel like you are in the woods by yourself. We love Breckenridge - it's a real mountain town. Close enough to Denver, yet far enough from the interstate as to be peaceful. We have seen Moose, Bear and Deer on our property (moose during daylight hours; Bear and Deer caught on nighttime security cameras outside).

You will be provided with access codes to the house no less than 24 hours before arrival. Late checkout without prior permission is subject to $200 per hour until vacated. Amount will be deducted from security deposit.

Refundable Damage Deposit
