Brand new build that can accommodate up to 4. Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed guest bedroom has 2 single beds that can converted into another king bed if requested. Fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher and Washer Dryer combo in the unit. All High End. Perfect for family holidays or long stays and remote work. The NEW Fully Equipped SPA is now opened!

Our new Condo overlooking the Barrier Reef with stunning sunrises and breathtaking sunsets.
The resort has 3 swimming pools. You also have free access to kayaks and bikes.
The North Side Caye Caulker is calm and quiet perfect for resting and relaxing , but a short complimentary ferry ride takes you to the village to experience the cool island vibe an night life.
Guest access
You will have access to the gym and you can book spa services with the resort’s front desk.
Other things to note
Full access to Gym is included but daily cleaning service is available for a fee. You will get amenities and garbage bags as well as toilet paper for one or two days but If you requiere any extra amenities you can purchase at Mercado or any other shops of your choice in the village

Caye Caulker is a beautiful small Caribbean Island off the coast of Belize. It is easily accessible by boat or by air. You may choose a 10-minute flight from the Phillip Goldson International Airport or a 60-minute boat ride from Belize City.
Boat Option:
The taxi ride to the water taxi terminal has a cost of $30.00 US for 1-2 persons and boat tickets have approximate cost of $37.00 US per person round trip.
Flight Option:
Two local companies offer direct flights from the international airport to Caye Caulker which are Tropic Air and Maya Island Air.
