A Magical Villa Getaway-20 Min from Disney World!
Escape to our themed 5-bedroom pool home, just minutes from Disney World! Relax by the private pool, challenge your friends to a game of pool or foosball in the game room, or unwind in the hammock. Cook up a feast on the grill for a fun family dinner or soak in the Florida sun. Each of our bedrooms has its own unique theme, adding an extra touch of magic to your stay!
You don’t have to leave the world of Disney when coming here! You can greet Mickey and his friends through the Clubhouse Bunkroom, sing a “Part of Your World” with Ariel in our Ocean Room, and cast bewitching spells in our Hogwarts Hall Room. There are two additional bedrooms for any parents and/or adults to relax and prep for the next day’s adventure!
The layout of our beautiful one-story home includes:

★Dining Table Area
★Pool and Lounge Area outside, accessible through the Living Room

IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS:
COVID-19 STATE RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is 10 guests and this MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. The Sheriff has new powers to immediately evict all guests from any home breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposits will be withheld.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. Resort and community facilities associated with the home may be closed or restricted due to Covid-19 or any other reason without previous announcements and/or refunds.
Due to being located within a gated community, we do ask to follow certain HOA rules such as quiet hours from 9pm. - 9am.
There is a Ring doorbell on the front door which includes a security camera.
There are 2 parking spots available, however, if there are more than 2 cars we can try to accommodate them, but please reach out in advance so we can check on space availability.
We provide an initial starter pack to help you settle in, however, it is limited to the toiletries provided including trash bags and toilet paper.
POOL HEAT OPTION - IF IT'S AVAILABLE:
POOL HEATING IS OPTIONAL AND IS $30 PER DAY plus tax. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before your arrival. If you request pool heat after you have arrived, please note that it takes a full day to get to the temperature and there is an additional $10 call out to come to the home and switch the pool heat on.
Pool heating is set to 86-88 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations. The pool heater works between 6am and midnight, by regulation or HOA rules it can't run for 24 hours.
