Our newly remodeled home is located in an established neighborhood, on a culdesac, in the center of Knoxville. It is located less than 1/2 mile from tons of shopping and restaurants, and is less than 8 miles (13 mins drive) to Neyland Stadium and downtown Knoxville. This will be the perfect spot for a large group to stay for events or UT games!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and boasts a 6' x 9' island. There is a TV in every room, plus one in the living area. 5 KING BEDS! plus 2 pullouts!

The space
5 KING BEDS! A queen pull out couch, and a full size pull out couch allows room for up to 14 guests! Master upstairs and large bedroom down stairs have attached bathrooms. Newly remodeled, and professionally decorated the end of 2020. Our home is located in an established neighborhood on a culdesac in the center of Knoxville. It is located less than 1/2 mile from tons of shopping and restaurants, and is 13 mins to Neyland Stadium and downtown Knoxville. There is an oversized, two car garage and plenty of driveway parking, plus an additional covered parking area attached to the house. This will be the perfect spot for a large group to stay for events or UT games!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and boasts a 6' x 9' island. Downstairs includes 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds, and 2 pull out couches. (1 full, and 1 queen) Laundry room plus 1-1/2 baths are also down. Upstairs area has three bedrooms (ALL WITH KING BEDS) , two full baths, huge kitchen, and common space area. 2 large sectional couches are in the living area which is one large room sharing the kitchen and dining room. We do allow guests with small dogs only, and the back yard has a large, fenced in area. There is a screened in patio area with table and chairs for additional outdoor area option. The back yard has a hexagon swing with 5 porch swings surrounding the fire pit!

5 porch swings surrounding a firepit in the back yard. Fire wood not provided but available for purchase at Kroger and Walmart within 1 mile of the house. Commercial Gas grill provided, HUGE garage with foosball, air hockey, and card table.
