Amazing family friendly spacious and tastefully decorated house close to all attractions in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. It is ideal for family or friend gatherings, hidden in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, minutes from downtown and the Cape Coral beach, a few golf courses.

The house has 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen beds) with a designated office space, screened lanai, large patio . The shopping plaza with groceries and dining options are at walking distance.

The house is spacious with open floor plan, kitchen island, 4 bedrooms and spacious living room. The master bedroom is separated from the other 3 bedrooms, it has its own bathroom, closet, and dual sinks. Both master bedroom and second bedroom have king beds, with cotton sheets, 50 inches 4k TVs, night stands and dressers.

For families - we have a pack and play travel crib in the closet for your convenience, so that you don't need to bring yours, we have board games, kids toys and books . You are welcome to bring the books to the beach as long as you return them.

The 3, 4 bedrooms are both with queen beds, nightstands, dressers. The 4 bedroom has a designated office space with desk and comfortable office chair. We are providing a crib with cotton sheets if you travel with little ones.

The covered patio has coffee furniture where you can enjoy the view of palms and Florida birds. The back yard is spacious with a big paved patio and hedge of Florida native bushes all around the property for privacy and enjoyment.

We provide all necessities, stocked with all necessary cooking utensils and pots, toaster, blender.

The pantry is stocked with basics like salt, pepper, salad dressing.

The whole house, the covered patio and the yard are at guest disposal. The only space off limits is the garage and one of the closets where we keep our supplies.

I live in the area but we will keep in touch through Airbnb chat if you need any assistance.

The house is in the heart of Cape Coral close to shopping, attractions, dinings, parks and still tucked in a quiet street. Just behind the house is a beautiful community park with baseball fields, less than a mile away you can find plenty of shopping and dining. Downtown has its own Farmers Market every Saturday where you can buy fresh produce and it is just about 4 miles away from the house.

Beaches - you can find plenty of them. Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach (5.7 miles), Bunche Beach Preserve (14 miles), Lynn Hall Beach (14 miles), Fort Myers Beach ( 16 miles), Lighthouse Beach Park on Sanibel Island (20 miles).

Around the city: Sun Splash Family Waterpark (3.6 miles) perfect for kids is 8 min away and downtown Fort Myers with its beautiful Edison and Ford Winter estate is 16 min drive (10 miles) , Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve ( 4 miles), Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve (12 miles)

Golf clubs: Hunters Run Executive Golf Course (3.6 miles), Whiskey Creek Country Club(9 miles), and many more all under 10 miles.

In the neighborhood: Koza Saldino 11 acre park baseball park is just 2 min walk. It has 4 baseball fields , concession stand and a playground. Yet the street is quiet inner street with no through traffic.

Airports: Southwest Florida International Airport is just 22 miles away.

You can park on the house driveway, you can walk or bike to the nearest restaurants and shopping area since it is less than a mile away. If you are experienced biker you can bike to the Cape Coral beach also. Another easy to get around is to use Lyft or Uber.

We provide startup supplies of toilette paper, paper rolls and cleaning supplies, coffee , hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash and laundry/dishwasher detergents . If you stay longer, be prepared to get your own.
