o Built-in Summer of 2020; Everything is still NewThis beautiful new 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is directly across the street from the pristine white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores. The house sits on stilts which enables the patio to have a fantastic view of the beaches and water. Everything in the house is new and perfect!
The 2nd floor of the house is the main living area, dining area, kitchen, full bath, laundry area, and patio with new furniture to enjoy while viewing The Gulf.

o 65” Smart Wall Mounted TV with Dish Cable

The 3rd floor has 4 bedrooms. All Bedrooms have Ceiling Fans, a Dresser or Chest of Drawers, Wall Mounted Smart TVs, a Closet, & Floor Fan.
o 2 - Master King Bedroom Suites with Large Shower
o 1- Bedroom w/ 2 Full-Size Beds
o 1 Twin Bed & 1 Twin/Twin Bunk Bed (max weight 250 lbs for bunk beds)
o Full & Twin Bedrooms Share a Full Jack & Jill Bathroom (bathroom connects in room with both bedrooms) with Large 2 Sink Vanity, & Shower
All bathrooms have toilet paper, hand soap, & bar soap. (We no longer provide starter shampoo and conditioners. Too environmentally wasteful with all the small plastic bottles.) Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and black face wash clothes are also provided for each bathroom.
The ground floor of the house is the parking area which will hold 2 large vehicles or 3 smaller vehicles. They must all fit under the house. It has a storage closet that includes a beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, some boogie boards, fishing poles, and numerous other beach items. A large grill to use while enjoying the breeze off the gulf in the evenings is also stored here.
The guest will also have access to the pool that is located behind the house. The pool is NOT heated. We provide cable on the Living Room TV. All Bedroom TVs are smart TVs but do not have cable.
Check-In Time is 4 pm.
Check-Out Time is 10 am.

We live in the DFW area and travel to our houses as much as our kid's sports schedules allow. We have a high expectation of cleanliness so you should expect our homes to be clean and well maintained.
