Total Renovation! Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a large gated community with a private club house located on the beautiful white beach. It has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 5 heated seasonally , shuffle board,
18 hole mini golf (free), just off the patio is a beautiful lagoon winding through the complex.
NO PETS, NON SMOKING UNIT. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 23 years old to rent the unit.
King master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath. Front bedroom has a queen bed also with pillow top mattress, downstairs is a queen sofa sleeper. Unit is extended on both top and bottom floors with a beautiful sitting room over looking the lagoon. Gas grill and concrete table on the back patio. New paint, new linens, new stainless steel appliances, new tile & carpet. Teak furniture, 4 flat screen TV's, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer.
