Welcome to Santa Rosa Beach & the 30A Corridor
Discover the ultimate coastal escape in Santa Rosa Beach, named one of Travel + Leisure's "Top 5 Favorite Towns in America." Nestled along Florida's iconic Scenic Highway 30A, our neighborhood offers an upscale, laid-back atmosphere completely free of high-rise condos and overwhelming commercial crowds. It’s a place where life slows down, and days are defined by turquoise waters, sugar-white sand dunes, and stunning Gulf sunsets.
World-Class Beaches & Rare Nature

• Coastal Dune Lakes: Explore rare, globally unique coastal dune lakes—a natural phenomenon found in only a few places on Earth.
