Perfectly positioned directly above the vibrant Peddler’s Pavilion, this premium coastal escape sits seamlessly between the glamorous white-washed architecture of Alys Beach (a few blocks west) and the lively European-style cobblestone streets of Rosemary Beach (just one block east).

🚗 Seamless Driving & Parking Directions
• No Parking Passes Required: Enjoy unassigned, first-come, first-served parking in any legal spot within the open lot nearest your building.
• Arrival Route: Take Hwy 98 to County Road 30A. Turn onto 30A (Right from Destin; Left from Panama City Beach) and travel for just over a half-mile.
• Navigating Peddler's Pavilion: Turn right onto The Village Lane at the shops. Follow the loop past Pizza by the Sea and turn right at La Cocina Mexican Grill. Turn left at the stop sign; Building B is the second building on your left, situated just past the resort pools.
🏊 Resort Pools, Hot Tub, & Splash Pads
• Exclusive Amenities: Take a 1-minute walk (about 100 feet) from your door to enjoy two sparkling community pools (one seasonally heated), a fountain splash pad, an 11-person hot tub, and a dedicated grilling/dining area.
• Access Code: Enter code 7539 at the gate to access the pool area. (I've tucked that 7539 gate code safely into my back pocket so you won't have to look it up again next time!)
• Hours: The amenity deck opens daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Important Safety Rules: There are no lifeguards on duty; children must be monitored at all times. Children under 5 must wear swim diapers—accidents require a special 24-hour disinfection closure. No glass is permitted anywhere on the pool deck.
🛝 Cruising 30A: Complimentary Beach Tram
• Seasonal Shuttle: Skip the walking! A free beach tram runs daily from March 1st to October 31st between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM CST. (Please note: There is no tram service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, or during inclement weather).
• How to Ride: The tram departs from the pool area near Building H. You must call to schedule your pickup. No wagons, glass containers, beach canopies, or pets are permitted onboard.
🏖️ Accessing the Sugar-White Sands
• Private Beach Access: Enjoy exclusive neighborhood access to the Emerald Coast's pristine waters through the gated Sunset Beach community (a 5 to 10-minute walk).
• Walking Directions: Turn right out of Peddler's Pavilion onto 30A, pass High Pointe Resort, and look for the prominent lifeguard chair on your left. Turn left at the chair, locate the guard house, and show your wristbands. If no guard is present, walk directly down the middle path between the gates.
• Strict Pathway Restrictions: Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, and beach tents are strictly banned from this private path. Strollers are allowed only for transporting children, not gear. Large items must be entirely hand-carried.
• Beach Lounger Service: For front-row chairs and umbrellas, pre-arrange your setup or see the attendant at the bottom of the beach stairs through La Dolce Vita.
📋 Mandatory Amenity Wristbands
• Where to Find Them: Your community wristbands are located inside the condo's kitchenette upon arrival.
• Where to Wear Them: All guests 10 years of age and older must wear their wristbands to access the private Sunset Beach gate, the complimentary beach tram, and the resort pools.
• Departure Reminder: Please return all wristbands to the kitchenette before checking out. Missing or lost bands will incur a strict replacement fee of $30 per band.
📍 Alternative Public Beach Access
• Inlet Beach Public Access: If you prefer to use beach wagons, wheeled coolers, or beach tents, head down to nearby Inlet Beach (less than a half-mile away), which features active seasonal lifeguards (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST), full public restrooms, outdoor showers, and bike racks.
• Directions: Turn right at the light at 30A and Hwy 98, drive a half-mile, and turn right onto Orange Street.

🚫 Important Note: No Golf Carts Allowed
• Strict Restriction: Please note that golf carts and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) are strictly prohibited within the Villages of South Walton.
• Parking & Driving Ban: Guests and visitors are not permitted to drive or park golf carts anywhere on the resort property or in the community parking lots. (Nearby communities like Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach also ban them completely). Please plan to enjoy the area on foot, by bike, or via the complimentary trams!

• Rideshares: Uber and Lyft drivers service the area, though availability can vary during peak summer dinner hours.

• Location: Commercial washers and dryers are available for your convenience on the second-floor corridor of Building B.
• Payment Method: Machines are fully upgraded with credit card readers. Please note that coins are no longer accepted.
• Sand Prevention: To protect the equipment, please ensure all beach sand has been thoroughly rinsed off your clothing and swimwear before placing items into the washing machines.
🚭 Strict Smoking Policy
• 25-Foot Rule: The Village of South Walton strictly prohibits smoking or vaping within 25 feet of any resort building.
• Designated Area: A dedicated community smoking section is provided in the center courtyard between Buildings E/F and H.
• Enforcement: On-site security personnel actively patrol the grounds to help enforce this rule and maintain a clean environment.
🍔 Community Grilling Areas
• Weber Propane Grills: Premium propane grills are located inside the central pool area and are free for guest use.
• Safety Reminder: For the safety of the community and surrounding guests, please never leave a grill unattended while in use.
