30A Large Studio - Private Beach - Heated Pool - Inlet Beach

Stay above lively Peddler’s Pavilion at Shell Yeah, a renovated second-floor studio in Seacrest Beach. A king bed and full-size Murphy bed comfortably sleep four, with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi and self check-in. Enjoy shared community pools, a hot tub and deeded beach access through Sunset Beach. Rosemary Beach is a block away, with dining and shops nearby; a complimentary seasonal beach tram adds convenience.

Honey-colored wood accents, coastal décor and bright windows give Shell Yeah a welcoming feel. Located on the second floor of Building E at the Village of South Walton, this open-plan studio brings sleeping, lounging and dining together in one thoughtfully arranged space.

• Sleeps up to four: one king bed and one fold-down Murphy bed with a full-size mattress, plus extra pillows, blankets and room-darkening shades.
• Seating includes a gray sofa and black armchair, with a dining counter for meals and snacks.
• Kitchenette for light meal preparation: refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender, plus cooking basics, dishes and wine glasses.
• A 50-inch Smart TV, Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace offer options for entertainment and staying connected. Please review the Wi-Fi limitation below if connectivity is essential to your trip.
• Air conditioning and heating to help you stay comfortable.
• One bathroom with hot water, toiletries and a hair dryer; an iron is also available.

Shared community amenities extend your stay beyond the studio: two pools, one seasonally heated, a hot tub, Weber propane grills and courtyard dining areas. Credit-card-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located along your building’s second-floor corridor.

Enjoy private use of the studio and access to the community pools, hot tub, grilling area and front courtyard. The building has an elevator, and a smart lock makes self check-in convenient. Luggage drop-off is allowed.

The shared resort pool area near Building H is reserved for Village guests and owners. It is approximately 100 feet, or a one-minute walk, from the studio; pools and the hot tub are community amenities, not private facilities.

Deeded beach access is through the Sunset Beach community, just over a quarter-mile away—a roughly 5–10-minute walk. Guests age 10 and older need Village wristbands for the private beach access, resort pool area and tram; you’ll find them in the kitchenette.

You’ll receive timely trip communications after booking and use a custom keyless lock to enter your professionally cleaned and sanitized studio. Our local team is available to help before, during and after your stay.

The community features an exceptionally walkable layout where your car keys can take a vacation too.
• Daily Essentials: Dining, casual eateries, boutique shopping, and sweet shops are located directly downstairs within the neighborhood.
• Neighborhood Hopping: Sidewalks cleanly connect you to our immediate neighbors. You can walk east to the cobblestone streets of Rosemary Beach or west to the iconic architecture of Alys Beach in just 5 to 10 minutes.

Two-Wheeled Travel (The 30A Way)
Biking is the preferred method for exploring the coast.
• The Timpoochee Trail: This famous 18.6-mile paved path runs right in front of the property, safely paralleling all of Scenic Highway 30A. It is perfect for cruising to coastal dune lakes, state parks, and neighboring beach communities.
• On-Site Rentals: You can easily pick up bike rentals right in the center of the neighborhood at Peddler’s Pavilion.

Tram & Shuttle Services
• Complimentary Beach Tram: You don't have to worry about hauling heavy gear or searching for parking. A free seasonal tram picks up guests directly within the Villages complex and whisks you straight to our dedicated beach access.
• County Park & Ride: For exploring further down the highway, Walton County Tourism operates the free Beach Park and Ride Tram network connecting regional access points, local hubs, and public parking fields along the coastline.

Important Note: No Golf Carts Allowed
• Strict Restriction: Please note that golf carts and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) are strictly prohibited within the Villages of South Walton.
• Parking & Driving Ban: Guests and visitors are not permitted to drive or park golf carts anywhere on the resort property or in the community parking lots. (Nearby communities like Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach also ban them completely). Please plan to enjoy the area on foot, by bike, or via the complimentary trams!

Rideshares & Private Shuttles
• Rideshares: Uber and Lyft drivers service the area, though availability can vary during peak summer dinner hours.
• Private Shuttles: For reliable airport transfers or regional group travel, local companies like Sunshine Shuttle & Limousine offer 24-hour pre-arranged private transit options.

The shared pool area is open from 9am–10pm. One of the two community pools is seasonally heated, and the hot tub has a maximum occupancy of 11.

Wi-Fi is listed at 80 Mbps, but service and reliability are not guaranteed, and Wi-Fi issues are not eligible for refunds. If dependable connectivity is essential, please bring your own hotspot.

Shared laundry machines accept credit cards only; coins are not accepted.

Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through La Dolce Vida. Contact the attendant at the base of the beach-access stairs; advance reservations are recommended, especially in summer. Inlet Beach public access permits wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents, unlike the private access through Sunset Beach.
